Step 1: Initial Assessment

We will ask you to answer a few questions to help us understand your experience with narcissistic abuse, the direction you want your life to go, the challenges you currently face, and the goals you wish to achieve.

Step 2: Matching You with a Therapist

We will match you with a therapist who understands and resonates with your situation to ensure you receive a highly personalized form of education, guidance, and support throughout your entire journey with us.

Step 3: Outlining the Healing Plan

The therapist will use your initial assessment to outline a plan designed to help you overcome the challenges you face, shape a future that truly belongs to you, and live a life free from the effects of narcissistic abuse.

Step 4: Finalizing the Plan

The therapist will walk you through the healing plan, encouraging you to ask questions, voice concerns, and share your preferences to ensure you understand and feel comfortable following their recommendations.

Step 5: Getting Started

When you are ready, you will decide how often you want to interact with the therapist and begin using the institute’s resources to progress through your healing plan, adjusting it as necessary to ensure you consistently take steps in the right direction.
