Andre O’Donnell, M.A., LMHC
Psychotherapist
Andre O’Donnell, M.A, LMHC, is a licensed psychotherapist in Washington State. He earned his graduate degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University in 2010, followed by extensive experience in a group counseling practice, inpatient recovery treatment center, crisis respite care, and ongoing psychoanalytic-based training. Currently he provides both in-person and tele-health psychotherapy to a broad range of adults from his private practice based in the Seattle metropolitan area.
Andre specializes in helping people heal from a vast range of traumas, including narcissistic and sociopathic abuse, religious upbringing, complicated family and relationship dynamics, infidelity, and complex grief. As a survivor of narcissistic abuse, Andre fully understands the complexity of abuse and knows that trauma manifests in many shapes and forms. Never will Andre question your identity or lived experience, rather he will gently challenge beliefs and self-narratives (most often rooted in trauma) that negatively impact your self-esteem so that you can better understand yourself, learn to self-advocate, effectively manage emotions, and set healthy boundaries.
