She is currently serving individuals, couples, and families in her private practice.

Her journey started as a Mental Health Technician in the United States Air Force, where she found her passion for helping others embrace their life journey. As a veteran and military spouse, she has had the pleasure to help individuals and couples from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds reach their therapeutic goals. She takes pride in having an inclusive private practice by welcoming adults regardless of age, gender, race, or sexual orientation.

She is a relatable therapist who uses attachment and relational-cultural models to provide a personalized approach to each client. Her authentic and compassionate style allows you to embrace your essence, and achieve your personal and relationship goals. Her personal life experiences, and her 20 year marriage provide her with unique perspectives that have been beneficial to those she serves.

In addition to being a therapist, she has presented to general audiences, as well as global conferences and groups on the topics of communication, building healthy relationships, family cohesiveness, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and more. She also supervises clinicians who are working towards licensure.

On a more personal note, she is an avid runner who enjoys trails and being in nature. She loves to paint, and to travel with her family, having visited more than 70 countries. Her two children and three pets keep her busy, but her passion for learning and growth always help her explore new adventures.
