Trauma happens to people in many ways, but the experience nonetheless is a significant wound we feel. Trauma is complex and intense. Trauma is a reminder of negative stories that we believe are true. People’s pain and anguish can be in all forms; sometimes the damage is visible and sometimes the wounds are not visible. Regardless of what someone has experienced, all wounds need to be healed and treated from the inside out.
