You Should Give Yourself More Credit

Experiencing narcissistic abuse can leave you feeling like you’re not good enough — like no matter what you do, it’s never right.

That belief doesn’t go away on its own, it needs to be challenged the second it comes up.

For example, if you believe you “always” get things wrong, look for one example of something you did right the next time this negative belief pops into your head.

It doesn’t have to be big. Maybe you bought everything you needed at the store without forgetting anything, or maybe you gave a suggestion that someone found useful.

Each time you do this, you train your brain to see a more accurate version of yourself — one where you’re capable, competent, and doing more right than you realize.

All the best,

Juliana
