Sarah Finch is an Integrative Counsellor and Narcissist Abuse Specialist. She has completed Levels 2, 3 and the Advanced Diploma in Counselling at Heartwood in Devon, UK.

She has practiced her placement hours working for the NHS which has given her a broad experience of different issues with clients. This included supporting clients through lockdown with Welfare Calls.

She has experience working with women who have suffered trauma, addiction, domestic abuse and has a good understanding of the dynamic between the narcissist and the co-dependent in relationships.

She did a pattern changing course offered by Outreach which helped her understand why she personally was drawn to unhealthy relationship dynamics.

Completing a course for Online and Telephone Counselling from the Counselling Tutor enables her to feel comfortable using either video or the telephone for sessions.

As part of her requirement as a registered member of the BACP she participates in regular continued professional and personal development training.

She has an up-to-date enhanced DBS check and she is fully insured. She holds an ICO certificate for the management of your GDPR.

Sarah grew up in Exeter and has remained living in Devon. She has recently run her own cleaning business after many years of working with her ex-partner in a boat business. She has one adult son. She loves nature and animals and walking her two dogs on Dartmoor where she lives.

She has always been interested in ways to keep well, having an early interest in diet and how it can affect our well-being and mood. She has used Chinese Medicine and more recently, Tai Chi and Mindfulness.
