More Information About the Host & Dr. Tanya Holthus

The host, Juliana Akin, is a co-founder of Unfilteredd, a lawyer, and a survivor of narcissistic abuse. She creates content about narcissism and narcissistic abuse to share her personal experiences with healing because she hopes that by sharing her journey, she can help you navigate yours.

Dr. Tanya Holthus is a licensed psychologist who enjoys working with a wide variety of clients and offers multiple services including therapy, coaching, and supervision. She specializes in healing trauma and helping people with many types of issues, including post-traumatic stress, attachment/connection, emotional/relational abuse, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. She is most passionate about helping people overcome relationships involving narcissistic abuse and strengthening parent-child relationships. Dr. Holthus views things through a trauma lens and tends to weave this into all of her work. She provides psychoeducation, teaches how to navigate healthy boundaries, guides healing, and helps people gain clarity to bring peace in their life.
