More Information About the Host & Anna Graham

The host, Juliana Akin, is a co-founder of Unfilteredd, a lawyer, and a survivor of narcissistic abuse. She creates content about narcissism and narcissistic abuse to share her personal experiences with healing because she hopes that by sharing her journey, she can help you navigate yours.

Anna Graham is a Licensed Clinical Professional Therapist offering trauma informed contemplative counseling and EMDR therapy. She specializes in work with narcissistic abuse recovery, sexual trauma and complex-PTSD. Anna is also trained for work in Transgender health and the LGBTQIA community. She works in solo practice in Illinois at The Middle CC. Ms Graham was certified in Montessori Early Childhood Education in 2001 and holds a 200 hr Hatha yoga certification. Anna works directly with the body when addressing trauma and mindfulness is a central part of her professional and personal work. Needs, Balance, and Boundaries are the tenets of her practice.
